Electronic/Optoelectronic Materials and Device Research
We use thermal evaporation, pulsed laser ablation and RF magnetron sputtering to fabricate electronic/optoelectronic thin films and devices, including organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs), flexible devices, transistors and photodiodes.
A focus is contacts, interface phenomena, defects, charge injection and transport, and the correlation with device performance.
We primarily use XPS, UPS, Photoluminescence/UV-Vis, Raman, HRTEM, Electrical (Hall, C-V, I-V etc.). State of art facilities are available through MRF.
